Joo Chiat Road

The apartment is on Joo Chiat Road, right where you want to be! It’s near all the restaurants, bars, shops, but also has the i12 shopping mall within a hundred yards (convenient for the super market, cinema, pharmacy, etc.). East Coast Park is also only a few hundred meters away.

The building is small and quiet, with only 32 units in total, and all the residents are friendly. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms. Renting the larger common room with its private bathroom. There is both a wet and a dry kitchen, and a comfortable living/dining area all fully furnished already.

I live here alone at the moment. I’m from Italy, but have lived in the UK before coming to Singapore. I work in advertising and have been here for nearly 9 years. I enjoy cooking, playing any sport, watching a movie, reading a book, hosting a dinner, drinking some wine… Just looking for a good housemate who is looking for a nice home!
