Hi all, we’re looking for a housemate to join us (move in asap ) in our very large (2000 sq. ft) 3-bed apartment in upper Bukit Timah, for 6 months. All genders, nationalities, ethnicities welcome. We’re looking someone who will treat this as their home.

-The apartment gets a lot of natural light, is surrounded by greenery and comes nicely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (including oven), washer + dryer, plenty of common living spaces and a large balcony. It is a walk up (we’re on the 2nd floor) and spilt on 2 floors, with bedrooms upstairs and common spaces downstairs allowing for extra privacy.

-The room is a spacious common room with a bathroom just a few steps away, and views of Bukit Timah Hill. It comes minimally furnished with with an AC, queen size bed and mattress, built in closets, a small desk, and you have the freedom to set it up however you would like. Bathroom is shared with one other guest room (basically yours unless there are guests).

-The location is convenient, with food options, transport, and nature trails close by. We’re located 10 mins walk from the Beauty World MRT (blue line), 8 mins from BW food centre and wet market, 4-10 mins from cafes, restaurants, local eateries and bus stops, and 15-20 to Bukit Batok Nature Reserve, the Railway corridor, and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.

-There is no owner staying, no weird rules, feel free to cook, have friends over, and guests are allowed.

-High speed internet, utilities A/C, housekeeping and other maintenance all comes in at around $100 per month.

We’re an American/Singaporean couple in our early-30s. We work long hours as we run our own business, are easy-going and enjoy being social but are respectful of boundaries, so we’re also hoping to find someone that shares our values. Feel free to PM for more details or to arrange a viewing.
