Beautiful landed property with 2 Rooms available. One with Ensuite the other with own bathroom/washroom. Fully furnished house and bedrooms. Brand new queen size beds in each room. Cleaner comes twice a week for common areas. Gardener comes twice a month.

• No party animals (neighbours are elderly)
• Some flexibility on price for the right tenant.

Only myself and my fur babies currently residing here. I’m a local business owner in the creative industry so my hours are staggered and long, however I’m always down for a chat and am likewise always conscious of people’s personal space. Sometimes I work until the early outs of the morning however I’m not a noisy person. Looking for the right fit only. As sharing my space and my pets with people is a large decision for me.
