Cozy common room with single bed for rent in brand new condominium at Serangoon North. Room comes with full-size wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, bed linens. Bathroom will be shared.

Housemate is welcomed to use the living room, balcony (with table/chairs), kitchen, bar table to work or dine, which means there is plenty of space for both occupants. You are also free to use the TV, fridge, washing machine, electric hob, oven, multicooker, hotwater dispenser, etc. Living room has a small little space with full height mirror for mat exercises such as yoga.

Weekly cleaning of the common areas and your room is included.

The unit is at a high floor with a beautiful, unblocked view. The condo comes facilities such as gym and swimming pool which you are free to use as well.

Our block is only 3mins walk to the bus stops with many bus numbers, and only a few stops to the nearest MRT stations/shopping malls (Serangoon MRT and Ang Mo Kio MRT) that have purple line, circle line, and red line. The condo also has a free shuttle bus that goes to-and-fro Serangoon MRT.

There are convenient stores and a medical clinic within the condo. Outside the condo, there are plenty of food options, a supermarket, cafe all within walking distance.

International French School is only 3 bus stops away, or about 15 minutes if you choose to walk. Australian International School is a 15-20min direct bus journey.
