My partner and I own a 3-bedroom apartment (1173sq/109sqm) in Evergreen Park, a condo along Hougang Ave 7.

• 4 neighbourhood coffeeshops within 5min walk • 12-15min walk to Hougang MRT/Central/Mall • 16min train ride from Hougang to Dhoby Ghaut • 20min walk or 10min bus ride to more food in Kovan • 20min cycle to Punggol Promenade

Located right across the Serangoon River, the condo is well-maintained and has a relaxed quiet atmosphere. Our apartment enjoys unblocked views of the park connector trail, garden and tennis court.

The room is furnished with air-conditioning, a fan, single bed and bedsheets, a chair, bookshelf, full-height wardrobe, carpet and other accessories. The common toilet is attached to it.

We share a MyRepublic 200mbps fibre broadband, washing machine-cum-dryer, TV, and kitchen that comes with an espresso machine, microwave, toaster, etc.

It’s available from 1 March 2019 onwards with preferable minimum 12-month lease. We are renting it for S$900.00 nett and inclusive.

My partner is Indonesian Chinese (35) and I’m Singaporean Chinese (37). Our ideal housemate is someone who doesn’t smoke and is chill. You are welcome to cook and we are perfectly fine with guests – as long as you clean up afterwards!
