• No live-in landlord
• Cosy, breezy, spacious 5-room flat
• High-rise (25th floor)
• Unrestricted views of Mount Faber, Henderson Waves, and the sea/port
• Cooking allowed, visitors allowed (to inform/discuss with other flatmates)
• Washer and dryer machines
• Cat-proofed

The neighbourhood

• Near nature (opposite Mount Faber Park entrance leading to Henderson Waves)
• 2 minutes walk to a hawker centre, coffeeshops, convenience stores

The transport access

• Direct, sheltered walkway from block to bus stop
• Bus services: 124, 131, 121, 195, 272
• Buses bring you to Outram Park, SGH, Tiong Bahru, Havelock, Chinatown, Dhoby Ghaut, Somerset, and Harbourfront. Change to bus 123 for Sentosa.

The monthly rent

• $1,050 before bills (around $80-100 for wifi, water, gas, electricity, biweekly part time cleaner)

You’ll be replacing me as a tenant in this LGBT-friendly flatshare with no live-in landlord. (I’m moving out to live with my bf)

The flatmates

• in master bedroom: 30-something year old Singaporean gay guy (Art Director)
• in common bedroom 1: a queer married couple (a British transwoman in research and a Singaporean girl in healthcare) in their late 20s

You’ll be renting the other common room, and you’ll be sharing the common bathroom with the queer couple.
