A big common room with Queen size bed in newly renovated HDB unit. You will be the first occupying the room. The room has aircon, ceiling fan, 4 doors wardrobe, desk, shelves, TV. As what you seen in picture. Linens not included, please use your own. The unit is in very quiet neighbourhood facing green park with 10 mins scenic wall to the MRT. You can also easily go to Bedok Reservoir to cycle or jog. Common bathroom to be shared with other house mate. You can cook, as long as you clean well. The house has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Day visitor ok, overnight visitor to be with T&C. Rental includes PUB, internet, netflix, starhub entertainment channels and common area cleaning every 2 weeks. I have another room with super single bed and 3 doors wardrobe for $1200 (in the middle of getting it ready)

I am a lady owner that pretty easy going. I have been renting property myself for the longest time, so I know how painful it is sometime to have so many restriction. As long as you care the house like I do, we can live well together and I am open for your needs. Sometime I will have friends gathers and staying but i prefer quiet environment most of the time.
