Looking for a tenant to share a 2-bedroom flat in a green and quiet neighborhood.

• Easy 10-minute walk to Telok Blangah mrt on the Circle line and buses <30mins’ ride to the CBD.
• Market, neighborhood minimarts and coffee shops, Telok Blangah Hill park and forest reserve within walking distance
• The common room is fully furnished with air-con, wardrobe, work desk and office chair.
• Flatmate will have her/his own bathroom and access to the common areas of the home: living room, kitchen and dining area
• Wifi and town council fee (for cleaning of the building etc) included. Utility bill (gas, water, electricity) included.
• there is no tv, but you are welcome to subscribe to cable for a tv in your room.
• there is a washing machine, but no dryer. However, there is a dehumidifier with a fast laundry-drying function.
• Preferably Non-smoker and single person.

The tenant will be sharing the flat with a couple in their 30s and their pet rabbit, Lindy Hop. Denise is a Singaporean and works as a professional dance teacher, while Rob is Australian/Canadian and works as a meteorologist. They both love Lindy hop dancing. The owner is living overseas.
