We are on the lookout for a friendly apartment mate to join us in a freshly renovated 3-bedroom apartment in the Tiong Bahru/Redhill area!

• It’s 7 minutes from Redhill MRT and 10 minutes from Tiong Bahru MRT
• If you are into sports/park, Tiong Bahru Park and Delta Sports Complex are within a 5-minute walk
• Plus, we’ve got 3 hawker centers and 3 NTUC/Giant stores within walking distance

🛏 About the Common room:

• 1 person
• Move-in date: January 2nd (1-year contract)
• The room is fully furnished with Aircon, a bed and a wardrobe.
• Room price: $1,450, utilities + cleaning are shared among us and $35 quarterly aircon maintenance fee per room.
• Washer/dryer is available

We are a bunch of friends in our late 20s to early 30s, working professionals. We are laid back with zero weird rules.
