This master room is located on the 3rd / 4th floor of newly built 4 storey semi detached home. Co-stay with the landlord family occupy the 1st and 2nd floor level. However, because the rooms and common areas are very spacious and there is home passenger lift, thus there is a lot of privacy, even if the other bedroom is occupied.
