Joo Chiat Terrace

Hi! I have one bedroom available at an adorable condo in Joo Chiat. We have a pool on the roof and there is a small gym downstairs. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small balcony, a great kitchen and a lovely living area, total over 800 sqft. Internet is MyRepublic, aircons are very new and the SP services bills are super reasonable. The washing machine and the fridge are brand new.

I am a European female and travel a LOT, which means that the apartment is empty on average ~50% of the time. I am looking for a respectable, chilled flatmate who likes peace and quiet and does not live in a mess.
