Spacious master bedroom in a landed house. The room gets lots of sunlight, has an attached bathroom with a bathtub, and comes furnished with plenty of storage and a mini-fridge. You will also have a large balcony to yourself. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet.

You will share the common areas (living room, kitchen, washing machine, dryer), bi-weekly cleaning, WiFi and utilities with 4 other great housemates. There is no owner living with us, and you can cook and have visitors. There’s also a nice front yard complete with a BBQ grill.

The house is 12 mins away from Pioneer MRT, where you can get a shuttle bus to NTU. There’s also a stadium with a pool and gym at a walkable distance, with a market and other amenities close by.

The room will be available mid-December (can be a bit earlier). PM to arrange viewing.

All 4 of the housemates are working professionals. 1 is from the UK, 2 from Malaysia and 1 Singaporean
