Hey there! 👋 We’ve got a room up for grabs in our super chill 1636 sqft apartment right next to East Coast Park. Imagine waking up to cool sea breezes and awesome views every day!

Our place is pretty spacious with a big living room (got a cool projector for movie nights), a large dining area (great for hangouts), and a kitchen that’s got everything you need (yes, including a washing machine and dishwasher). Plus, there’s a little room where you can stash your luggage or other stuff.

Getting around is easy peasy – there’s a bus stop right outside that’ll zip you into the city or to the airport in no time.

About the lease: from now till mid-July (when my lease with the landlord ends) but flexible
