current flatmate and I have signed a lease for 3Bhk condo flat (Kingsford Waterbay residences), rent from 10th Jan 2024. The lease is for 2 years.

The house will be cleaned and freshly furnished before moving in.

The condo has all the facilities, huge pool, parking, condo shuttle bus to and fro from the MRT! NTUC is only 3-5mins walk away along with a lot of local shop houses and hawker centre. There is also an Indian grocery store just opposite. There is a bus stop right outside the condo as well, so well connected but peaceful area overall.

We are two females, mid to late 20s. Both of us work in healthcare in Singapore! We are super friendly and chill! Hang out with each other sometimes when we are not too drained out from adulting.

You can bring home family and friends to visit and socialise! Feel free! Kitchen is also fully furnished and we cook together and share food sometimes😃

We are looking for a female flatmate who would love to take the smaller common room! the room may be small but the living areas and the condo facilities compromise. The location is also amazing cause right behind it is the Serangoon river, so amazing views and good place for a run!!
