1 MASTER ROOM in One Suites Condo Available from December 9th

I am looking for 1 person to take over the rest of my lease for the master bedroom. The room is already furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk. The private bathroom is fully equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The room also has its own balcony.

About the unit: -Loft with my current room on the upper side. The loft has two rooms in total.

• Only sharing kitchen (can cook), refrigerator, and washing machine.

About the condo :

• Condo facilities include the swimming pool and three fitness instruments
• Location: The nearest MRT is Aljunied station (6min walk) and many buses downstairs
• You can easily find restaurants and groceries nearby

RENT: $1600/month including utilities

Remaing rental period: From December 9th, 2023 to September 14th, 2024 for around 9 months. You can negotiate with the landlord for an extension of your stay.

Agent Fee: Since the landlord’s agent asks for a fee to do the paperwork, we will share the cost together depending on how long you stay. Trust me it is just a small amount of fee.

Video of the apartment can be sent on demand and visits can be arranged.
