• Looking for chinese tenant, preferably female. You will stay with 2 Indonesian female working professional. No landlord

• Move-in date flexible but ideally from 16 Dec onwards
• 122 Bishan St 12, highest floor, cool & breezy, spacious (1130 sqft)
• <10mins walk to Bishan MRT, bus interchange, Junction 8 mall
• 5mins walk to nearest Fairprice, Guardian
• At least 7 food courts within 10mins walking distance
• Common bedroom, 3m x 4.5m, $1385/mo (negotiable depending on move-in date), excl. utilities & internet
• Fully furnished, but would change the standing desk in the pic with another study desk. let’s talk!

You will live with two female Indonesian working profesisonals. Both are chill & friendly.
