Hello there, We have a room for rent available in our apartment which is centrally located.
The room is fully furnished with a bed and study table and includes utilities and wifi. It is on a high floor, naturally windy and comes furnished with ceiling fan and aircon. It also has great natural sunlight. Apartment is surrounded by greenery, Telok Blangah Hill Park, Hort Park, Henderson Waves.
Fairprice is located 2 minutes walk away with food court amenities. We are also really close to the bus stop that takes you directly to Orchard, Raffles Place, Vivo, Ikea. The nearest MRT station is Tiong Bahru or Redhill.
About the roomies
It is just me and my husband in a 4 bedroom apartment with guests (grown up kids) that come home a couple of times a year. We are working professionals who are keen to offer a home to like minded professionals or students are who looking for a home away from home.
