Jurong West Central 1

The unit is just renovated in June’23 and now decide to rent out our spare common room. You will be sharing the common toilet with a pair of Malaysian couple who stay in another common room.

We are looking for a Malaysian lady for this common room, as we prefer not to be crowded in the unit.

1. We (Landlord) will be staying in the unit as well.
2. Prefer tenant who is taking serious on hygiene, this will be a respect to everyone in the unit. :)
3. The room will come together with brand new air con, stand fan, bed frame and mattress.
4. Unit is close by to Jurong Point Mall with about 3-5 minutes walk.
5. Close to Boonlay MRT which is just next to Jurong Point Mall.
6. Prefer tenant with normal office working hours.
7. No visitor/pet is allow.
8. Not allow to cook.
9. Not allow to smoke.
10. For air con, washer and water dispenser will be on schedule to maintain by us. :)

We are malaysian couple and also the landlord for this unit, another couple (malaysian) is staying in another couple as well.
