Nearby to many amenities, food stalls, parks, and ATMs, and plenty of bus services to travel to many parts of Singapore. Less than 10 minutes walking distance to NTUC, Starbucks, Rocky Masters, Mcdonald’s, and KFC, all in Hougang One. There is also a coffeeshop located in Hougang One.

Surrounded by greenery, vast sky view, and tranquility. Friendly and mindful neighbors. Air conditioning is not provided for now, but a high-speed fan will be made available.

I am in my early 40s with a senior friendly female dog who needs tender care, and a 1-year-old male Cockatiel who needs energetic plays. I have panic and anxiety attacks complimentary of my current medical condition, so I require quiet surroundings most time. This medical condition prevents me from working, as such, I am home always. I pass my time reading, studying, researching, watching movies, listening to music, and recuperating.

My character: I am cheerful, positive, down-to-earth, understanding, mindful, and responsibly reasonable person.

My roommate: I am looking for an emotionally mature, kind, responsible, and trustworthy female roommate; who appreciates and deeply discerns that living together with a stranger, needs ample respectful honest communication with one another, to sort matters out. Also, understand that shared maintenance of the house can lead to harmonious and peaceful living conditions. She must also have patience and love for animals.
