Kovan Regency is a chill spot just outside the city vibes. It’s got everything: close to Kovan MRT, surrounded by cool places like Simon Plaza, Heartland Mall, and loads of tasty eateries. Plus, the view is killer - you can see both sides of the skyline! The place itself is like a resort with lovely landscapes and a bunch of cool spots, from a 50-meter lap pool and few smaller pools to a chess and barbecue gardens.

First up, we have the Chess Grandmaster—yes, you read that right. He’s dedicated to turning young Singaporeans into chess champions. Then, there’s the Tech Sales Guy, making strategic moves in the business world for a multinational tech company. We’re always up for a good wine night, game night, or even a lively debate.

The move-in date is set for February 1, 2024, with the deposit payable upon contract signing ($2,400). Rent and utilities ($1,300) are due at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month. The lease, which can be extended, concludes in September 2024.

If you’re interested, our housemate is selling his room furniture: a bed for $200, an adjustable desk for $75, and a nightstand for $20. If not, feel free to bring your own furniture. We’ll be happy to assist in making your room cozy.
