Owners are young couple both Malaysian :)

• Need to maintain the cleaniness of the room and common area/toilet.
• PUB and WiFi are included
• Wardrobe, study table, chair and a queen size bed are provided. Need to prepare your own pillow and blanket.
• No cooking is allowed
• No need to own boil water, drinking water provided
• No visitor
• No pet
• No smoking
• Cloth washing once a week
• WFH is NOT allowed
• Air Cond usage during night time ( 9pm to 7am)
• Nearest MRT : Khatib (3 bus stops from our place) - Bus stop is super accessible as its just at downstairs, high frequency of feeder bus to MRT Station
• Surroundings with lots of amenities like NTUC (Wisteria Mall), Shengsiong, kopitiam, clinic, haircut, etc.
