Fernwood Terrace

Fernwood Towers is a condo very close to Siglap Centre. It has a large swimming pool, gym and squash courts. Bus services are one block away with service to city centre, Green Line MRT as well as the airport. Siglap MRT Station is estimated to open sometime in mid 2024.

The room is one of the bedrooms on the top floor of our very large penthouse suite. It has a bed, chest of drawers as well as ample built-in closet space. The a/c is quite new and operates perfectly. Ensuite shower/bathroom is shared with another bedroom. Our home is very clean. (Note: the pictures show the room as an office. We will replace desk with a bed.)

You will share the home with a family of two parents and two children (college and high-school age). There is also an over-cute three year old Cavapoo (dog) in the flat who will accept all the attention one is willing to offer.
