• 10 minute walk down to ECP, living right by the beach.

• With 2 bus stops right at the doorstep to our building, we have direct buses to Bugis and Promenade that take around 10 mins each.

• We are also a 7 minute bus ride away from Dakota MRT

• 10 minute bus ride to Paya Lebar MRT.

• We also have direct buses taking us to CBD area.

• Plenty of wonderful cafes and bars are walkable

• Fairprice is a 7 minute walk away.

• 8 minute walk from Parkway Parade

• 10 minute walk away from i12 shopping mall

• Good hawkers nearby.

Our kitchen has ample space, equipped with a large fridge/freezer, 3 stove tops, a microwave, and plenty of cupboard space. We also have a yard area with a washer + dryer and space to hang dry the clothes too if you’d like!

Rent excludes utilities and wifi, as well as a one-time aircon maintenance charge. Currently we are looking to renew our lease as one of our housemates is moving out. The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the house has been furnished by us… (we have good taste, I promise)

The room is spacious with great lighting during the daytime. It can easily fit a Queen bed and a desk with chair if you would need it. Rooms are quite soundproofed. Message us to arrange a viewing if you’re interested!

We are both female working professionals in our early 20s leasing the unit together. No major rules besides keeping the place clean and tidy. We may host people over from time to time, but we are completely respectful of privacy and space. We’re both friends and love to chill together, maybe watch a movie on our smart projector with a drink or two :)
