I am currently looking for roommates to co-sign the new lease for my apartment at the end of November. My roommate, with whom I was supposed to re-sign, lost his job and had to return to France. My apartment is fantastic, and I don’t want to lose it, so I am looking for someone willing to sign a new lease with me.

No weird rules, you can cook whatever you like, and friends and family are welcome. Fully furnished apartment.

The new lease is available at the end of November for 1 year ($5,000) or 2 years ($4,800) for the full unit.

The apartment consists of: 1 master bedroom (available) for $2,500 1 study (already rented) 1 room (occupied by myself) Spacious living room, and the terrace is accessible to all. The condo is well-equipped with 3 pools, 3 gyms, tennis, ping pong, a piano room, a video game room, karaoke, a jacuzzi, a sauna, badminton, and more. 8-minute walk to Serangoon metro station. And there’s a bus stop right in front of the residence.

We are 2 besties, one is Chinese teacher for kids, super nice, calm. I’m French, sales manager. We love sport, cook, going out, chill. We are friendly. And we are looking for someone to share the appartement with us.
