Fully-furnished common room with a private washroom in the iconic building of Pinnacle at Tanjong Pagar in the central downtown. Quiet, yet minutes walk away from all the fancy restaurants, asia top 50 bars, cafes and eateries in Tanjong Pagar and Everton. 7 minutes walk from Outram Park and Tanjong Pagar.

The rent quoted doesn’t include the utility bill which is usually $250, including weekly helper’s cleaning, exclusive 1G mb wifi, all the utility (building management fee, water, gas, electricity)

Prefer a male student or professional as you will be staying with a guy professional. Females are welcome if you don’t mind.

A quiet and easy going HK professional who stayed in Singapore for decades. I am super clean and respect privacy very much.

I have visitors about 2-3 times a month and always inform you days in advance. House party once a quarter, mostly arranged when my roomie is not in town.
