Common Bedroom available in Pinnacle@Duxton (5min walk Guoco Tower) !! Hi All, we’re looking for a 3rd flatmate in our 3-bedroom unit at Pinnacle@Duxton. My flatmate and I have been living in this unit for 1.5 years and we have extended the lease for another 2 years, starting 24 October. Location: walking distance from Outram, Tanjong Pagar, and Maxwell MRT stations. Several bus stops. Several hawkers and shopping centres- Everton, Maxwell, Tanjong Pagar, 100AM. About the unit: 44th Floor, fully furnished with aircon, single bed, mattress, study table and chair, wardrobe, ceiling fan. Living area and kitchen fully furnished with dining table, chairs, TV, washing machine, cooking stove, microwave, utensils etc. Common washroom will be shared with the occupant of the other common room - an NUS graduate, content professional, female.
Other notes: we are looking for a clean and friendly flatmate to share the space with.

We are chill and easy going people in their mid twenties. The master room has been taken by a guy, who is a sales professional and works at Bytedance. The other common room is taken by me, working at a startup - in content industry.
