Looking for respectful cat energy hoomans to share a home with.

2 common bedrooms are available for rent while my partner and I (queer couple) will reside in the ensuite master bedroom.

2 quirky feline overlords rule the roost.

Both rooms come with similar attributes:

1. bright and spacious
2. aircon
3. furnished or unfurnished (your choice)
4. furnishings in pics belong to previous owner and will be removed
5. as the pioneer tenants of these rooms you have the privilege of suggesting furnishings for me to provide. to be discussed

The property sits nestled in a charming old school heartlander market area, with:

1. wet market, 24 hour NTUC Fairprice (50m), PRIME, Sheng Siong, multiple coffeeshops >5

2. polyclinic (150m), police post (50m), park connector (500m), gyms

3. 15 mins direct bus ride to Stevens MRT (downtown line), expressway but normal fare

4. 2 LRT stops to Bukit Panjang MRT (downtown line), 3 malls, post office, library

5. 2 LRT stops to Choa Chu Kang MRT (north-south line)

The monthly rental of $1200/ room is inclusive of:

1. utilities and strong internet coverage
2. cleaning of common areas
3. aircon maintenance
4. use of washing machine, dryer, bathroom water heater, oven, microwave
5. allocated space in fridge, kitchen cabinet, shoe rack
6. not sure if it’s been mentioned… the cutest cats in the world

• feel free to cook but kitchen is open so restricted to non-heavy styles; clean up after
• visitors (including overnight) ok if pass vetting
• welcome to play music/ instruments

We are:

1. very experienced with co-living situations across various nationalities
2. open to house dinners and board game nights
3. not the tidiest people, hence the hired cleaning help

There will be some house rules, mostly centred around cat safety issues, to be agreed upon.

You should:

1. be a non-smoker
2. take agreements on house rules seriously
3. pay your rent on time

Ideally, you:

• ✅ will vibe with the cutest cats in the world
• ✅ have some environmental and social awareness (e.g. food wastage, recycling)
• ✅ have more of a natural inclination towards tidiness than we do ;)

I envision this space as a sanctuary for those who seek it. I value a stress free living environment and would not hesitate to leave rooms empty than to risk the converse.
