Centrally located room in a nice and relaxed unit

We are looking for a single professional to move in and occupy 1 room in our flat.

The room will be available at the early Nov (we can discuss further about the move-in date). It comes with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and your own attached bathroom.

The room rent is at $1560 +PUB +cleaner +internet /month. Other expenses are for AC maintenance, room deposit, stamp duty, and utility deposit.

You will share the living room, kitchen, pantry, and dining space together with other 3 flatmates (1 male, 2 females, in 30s).

Washing machine and dryer included. Cooking is allowed, sharing is even better.

We occasionally hang-out together, but also we respect others’ privacy.

Strictly for single occupancy only.
