Hi, I am currently a Ph.D. student at NUS, residing in a spacious 3BHK apartment located at Block 340 Clementi Avenue 5 (just two bus stops away from UTown). We have an opening in our apartment as one of our flatmates (living in common room) is moving out.

Here’s what our apartment has to offer:

• The apartment is generously sized and well-ventilated.
• It’s a short 7-minute walk from Clementi MRT and Clementi Mall, with opportunities for leisurely strolls and jogging around Sunset Way and Ulu Pandan.
• The available room is equipped with AC, a fan, a wardrobe, shelves, and a mirror unit.
• Our apartment comes fully furnished, complete with a TV, Nintendo for entertainment, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
• Cooking is allowed with no restrictions.
• Visitors are welcome, and they can stay overnight.
• The washroom is shared with another resident of the common room.
• The monthly rent for the room is $1350, which is non-negotiable. Utilities will be shared separately.
