• Apartment is fully furnished comes with TV ,Nintendo to help beat boredom, Washer and Dryer which can be used anytime.
• Can cook, no restrictions.
• Visitors are also welcome (Visitors can stay overnight but with the consent and prior intimation to flat mates)
• There are no restrictions (Just expect you to respect other flat mates and their boundaries)
• Washroom shared with another common room person.

We are two friends in our 20’s one is a PhD student at NUS and the other works as a research assistant at NTU. We are laid back and chill. If you are looking for a room without any weird rules and complete freedom, please feel free to DM.
