✨Brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment just top last year. Looking for single female professional to share the whole unit, move-in date is mid of October, 1 year lease.

✨ The apartment is surrounded by greenery, quiet, and convenient. It’s a half-hour bus/train ride to the CBD area. Fully furnished (the landlord promises to provide two queen-size beds and mattresses).

✨ Each of us will have our own room and bathroom. It’s $2300 per person, with utilities and internet shared. Every three months, we’ll split the cost of air conditioning cleaning. You can choose your room first, they are abt the same size and facilities. one faces south towards the main road, the other faces east for more privacy, and both attached with a private bathrooms.
