It’s located in a great, mature neighbourhood in Bedok North, a bus stop away from Bedok Central (Green EWL) and Bedok North Station (Blue DTL). You can get to the city & CBD in 30 mins. Conveniently a block away you have food market, a huge supermarket, fast food, and many coffeeshops.

You will have the privacy of the common bedroom and your own toilet next to it. The bedroom is partially furnished with a couch-pull out single bed, small study table with chair, and open wardrobe. Aircon and fan also included. The common toilet is your own, not shared unless of course there are guests (but very rarely). The neighbours are all very quiet, it’s really peaceful here.

Other amenities: Laundry, washing machine, ironing board, kitchen for light to mid cooking, fridge, microwave & oven all good with.

Bills: I live alone so I have the standard average of my 12-month utility bill. Anything in excess of that will be paid by you.

Minimum of 6 months commitment, with a one month deposit. Happy to arrange for viewings on weekends.

You will be living in this 3-room flat with just me, the owner. I work fully in-office (law firm) so if you’re WFH you’ll have the flat to yourself all day. I’m quite the homebody introvert, I enjoy some cooking and baking, and I love watching my weekly tv shows. I keep the flat simple, neat and very clean, so I hope you’ll help me maintain the general cleanliness to the shared spaces as well, cleaning up after yourself and especially your own room and toilet.
