Hey!

We are looking for a female flatmate to take up a room and private bathroom in our brand new apartment.

The lease period is till Nov, 2024 and you can move in Oct, 2023. The move in date is rather flexible so you can let us know what works for you.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. It’s a high floor apartment with a pool view, so it’s rather serene and there’s plenty of wind and light. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to live comfortably and feel at home and we have a well equipped kitchen for those aspiring to be a master chef. You will be sharing the apartment with a female working in tech and she occupies the master room. The other room and bathroom will be your personal space. The bedroom has a build in wardrobe and you will also have a storage cupboard and shoe cupboard for your personal use.

Step into the condo, and it feels like a resort that has all the amenities you could wish for. It has 2 pools, BBQ grills, a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor gyms, sports courts and whatnot. Every weekend will be like an urban retreat, chilling by the pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, playing some sports or going for a swim. Or else, just invite your friends over and host a BBQ.

The cherry on top is that everything you need is just minutes away.

Your commute will be as easy as it gets. The Eunos MRT is right opposite the condo, just cross the road and grab the train. Better yet, bus stops in all directions are few mins walk away. If you prefer private transportation, the city center is just a 15 mins drive. For those who travel often, the Changi airport is 15 mins away.

We have a NTUC, watson and a 7/11 right next to the condo entrance. There are hawker centers and wet markets by the MRT station. So all your household and personal needs can be met with ease. If you are feeling unwell, there’s a medical clinic just 5 mins away and a dental clinic near the entrance.

For days you feel like de-stressing, you can head over to the east coast park for a stroll, go for dinner at the boutique shops in Joo Chiat or explore Katong. All of these are within 30 mins walk.
