Spottiswoode Park Road

You’ll be living on the 12th floor of a HDB in the heart of central Singapore. It’s nestled in the Spottiswoode area - next to quaint shophouses, cafes and a park. You’ll take over the master bedroom, and also have shared study room when we need to work from home. Great F&B - there are late night/ 24hr prata shops nearby. Plenty of good restaurants and bars - the location is great for walking home to after a night out. Great connectivity - there are buses right outside, and its a 10min walk to Outram MRT. The place comes furnished, with a nice new TV, coffee machine, washer/ dryer and more. The living and master bedrooms have a view of the shipping docks/ SAM Tanjong Pagar distripark that’s lit up at night.

You’ll be staying with one other person - me! I lead design at a tech company. In my free time I enjoy music, movies, nature, hikes, art and gaming. I’d prefer if our living arrangement felt more like a home, than a house - so we all have our own privacy, but down to grab a drink together sometimes.
