The unit is at Sengkang area, Block 264A HDB Compassvale. *Renovated 4-room HDB (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + 1 store + service yard) *Fully furnished with fridge, washing machine, aircons (living+bedrooms), bed, TV, sofa etc. *bus stop just outside the block to sengkang/hougang/punggol/pasir ris etc. *1 min walk to 24-hr Giant, foodcourt. 5 mins walks to Sengkang Grand Mall, Starbucks, NTUC, kopitiam city and amenities.
