Looking for a housemate for a stylish Orchard residence - unwind in a spacious and zen home! It’s a large common room, and to share the apartment with just 2 of us.

Hi! We have a beautiful home nestled in the serene heart of Orchard / Tanglin. Spanning 1625sqf of space, we’ve 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with one being used for an emergency or guests’ use) and 2 delightful balconies. Being on a high floor gives us a lot of natural light and breezes. We love the high ceiling, the balcony overlooking a tranquil residential neighborhood and the access to nature (eg. Botanic garden!), while having the privilege of being in Orchard with a minute’s stroll to the bus stop and the new Orchard Boulevard MRT (brown line). A short walk brings us to the Orchard MRT (red line) and the array of shopping malls including ION, Wheelock, Tanglin mall, Forum, Paragon, Lucky Plaza, and Scotts square.

Most of the time we’d do our own thing & respect each other’s personal space and privacy, though we enjoy our occasional shared meal or a drink. I love the walks in the neighbourhood, there are so many lush pockets of greenery around which may be surprising given we are in the heart of the city. We’re looking for one nice and respectful person to share a home with us (sorry couples! as the bathroom will be shared with another housemate). We are pretty easy going… except we like to maintain the house clean (; We’d go for a walk together, share food and drinks sometimes but parties usually stay outside so the apartment remains a place of calm and order. It’s been a great set up for work from home as well.

No agent fees are involved. The monthly rent for the common room is $2200, alongside shared SP utility expenses and cleaning costs (a part time weekly helper) handled collectively. Availability begins from 1 May, ideally for a long term, though a promising 6-month start is a possibility.
