Looking for a neat and clean roomie for the renovated furnished common room in Tampines up for rent at $1000. You’ll have solo use of the common bathroom and shared spaces (kitchen and living room). No heavy cooking. Utility bills will be charged separately and split equally. Will be able to consider if you’d rather have 2pax to share the room at an additional cost.

Quite a number of food options, print shop, 7/11 and 24hr supermarkets in the vincinty. 5 mins walk to Tampines West (DTL) or 3 bus stops to Tampines Central/Bus interchange.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I’m mostly at work during the day. Looking for fun, creative, clean/neat and respectful roomies to share this home with. Will definitely have to vibe well.

I cook and bake quite a bit so that’s a plus for you! Enjoy some interaction but also like my quiet time. (: I love animals and would be open if you have pets but we can definitely work something out.
