About the room

We are currently renting out a master bedroom in our 2-bedroom apartment located in the northeast of Singapore. Easily accessible to Orchard/Central Business District by the MRT. We have a condo shuttle that takes you to the MRT every 30 mins.

Move in date will be 1 Aug 2026.

If deposit is paid, we can arrange for the earliest move-in date possible as our roomie is looking to move back to his hometown.

Please note that we are looking for someone who can stay for at least a year.

Keen to find a roomie who is considerate and willing to take care of the space well.

About the roomies

Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we are looking for a roommate who shares the same sentiment. Otherwise, we are a chill and easygoing couple who value our personal space.
