Hello! I’m renting it for about 4 to 6 months. Hence why the deposit is low plus 1 month advance payment is not really necessary if you can really commit to the lease.

● The whole unit is Air-conditioned

• Aircon needs to be serviced every month as it’s an old model, but the maintenance fees will be covered by me (the landlord) ● Cooking is allowed as long you able to keep the area clean and ensure no damages once lease ends.

● You’ll be having the whole unit to yourself if you’re renting alone as I’ll be staying elsewhere.

● High floor Studio Apartment located at Sengkang East.

● There is a coffeehouse and minimart under block

Rivervale Plaza and Rivervale Mall are just 10 minutes away Straight bus that leads to places like Waterway Point or even Changi Airport.

● Couples/roommate are allowed IF you think you can’t manage the rental amount alone but max only 2 are allowed to renting the unit.

● Mainly looking for Male tenants.

I’m actually staying alone in this studio flat. Since I’m always busy with work and visiting my mom I ought maybe I’ll move in with her since she’s staying alone and rent out my unit to help out with some of my Financial situation.
