Hello there! I’m renting out my awesome possum room to anyone who wants to live in the heart of Singapore at Spottiswoode Park Blk 105.

Fully furnished 151sqf room that’s 5 minutes away from Outram Park MRT Station and Kampong Bahru Bus Terminal.

4. TV Screen (just need a HDMI cable; leaving my Xbox 360 behind there because why not)

2. Fully decked out kitchen and utensils with no weird annoying rules on what and when you can cook (just make sure you clean up after yourself please)

5. Rarely used piano
6. My “semi-retired” parents who travel a lot and spends half their time in the master bedroom or going for walks
7. A pet sister living that corporate life

We have a helper who comes weekly to clean up the house. They can clean your room too if you want FOC (you just gotta do your own laundry and dishes).

I’m leaving this room as I am currently living with my partner. My parents are Filipino but us kids grew up in Singapore so please save the attempts at Tagalog with them :’).

As mentioned earlier, they are “semi-retired” and are re-entering their dating phase so don’t worry about being bothered by them (they WILL offer you plenty of food… you have been warned). The sister is living her best rent free life and occasionally stays over at her boyfriend’s. Basically, you don’t have to worry too much about privacy because everyone just vibes on their own.
