I own my apartment, currently live alone, but travel a lot and looking for someone clean, tidy & responsible to share plus keep an eye on my place whilst I am overseas. I work from home so prefer someone who goes out to work most days and will not bring parties or spontaneous communal gatherings back to my place - just a nice friendly person that also respects space
