Room details:

• high floor, corner unit
• convenient location, near AMK MRT and Serangoon MRT and direct bus to CBD
• no stay-in landlord (rented whole unit!)
• room is fully furnished, including: ceiling light + fan, built-in cabinet, bed frame + mattress, study desk + chair, clothes rack and plenty of storage space
• common room $1,200 per month
• 6 months to 1 year lease
• utilities and wifi to be shared equally
• fortnight cleaning and quarterly air-con servicing to be shared equally
• well-equipped kitchen, feel free to do light cooking but please clean up after
• electrical appliances are mostly brand new, including aircon, fridge and washing machine
• visitors are welcomed! but not too loud after midnight please

tenant requirement:

• local Singaporean female preferred
• non-smoker
• loves cats (we have a few furry friends!)
• clean, responsible and respectful of personal space

there’s only 3-4 tenants in the unit. we’re all in our 20s, are very friendly and enjoy a peaceful space. hoping to welcome a like-minded individual!
