Condo has great amenities including a huge pool, tennis court, gym and sauna. Ideal for those working in the East. Condo unit has only 1 other female occupant, who’s the main tenant. Bathroom is shared only when there are occasional guests, otherwise, it’s for the roomie’s use only. Room is pool-facing and is partially furnished with side table, portable table, office chair, 32 inch TV and small TV console. You can bring your own single bed or mattress. Light cooking is allowed.

I’m the only other person living in the unit occupying the Master’s bedroom. I’m an IT professional who works from home 2x a week. I do have a lot of things so the ideal roomie for me is someone who is also a professional and only has a few things and doesn’t need a lot of storage beyond what the room already has.
