Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4

Our flat is located a short 400m / 5min walk from Choa Chu Kang MRT station, which is located on the North-South Line / CCK LRT line.

This fully furnished common room is newly renovated, so you would be able to stay in a spacious single bed room that has a new air conditioning unit.

Internet & Utilities bill will be split amongst all 3 pax in the house (my husband, you and I) and usually doesn’t cost more than $20-$40 per month (bill will be shown to you monthly when rent bill is due)

Fair warning: we have 2 vocal, friendly and curious cats that live with us. They don’t bite and don’t scratch humans, but the tenant needs to be comfortable with cats and also cautious with cats (eg. close the main gate so they don’t run out, ensure their room door is closed so the cats don’t run in and jump out of the window etc). I promise that if you’re indifferent with cats, they will win your approval.

The common toilet will only be for you to use at this point as we both use the master bedroom toilet. Please clean it weekly to maintain cleanliness. Stove cooking would not be allowed but feel free to use the microwave and oven we have.

My husband and I are 9-5 corporate workers, we also work from home a few times a week. In our free time, we are also fitness enthusiasts and avid gym goers.

We enjoy spending time at home with our cats and we are also early risers / early sleepers so you would not need to worry about us hosting large parties till the wee hours. Hit us up if you need any gym or food recommendations, we would be pleased to help.
