Hi everyone! My housemates and I are looking for someone to take up the most spacious common room (396 × 316cm) in our newly renovated apartment! It’s a cozy space and right across the street from Holland Village, in fact you can even look into HV from the kitchen window! 3 min walk from holland village MRT snd direct buses into CBD.

1 pax $1,800 2 pax $1,900 negotiable for long term lease

Utilities not included, will be split equally among everyone in the house

Unfortunately the room comes unfurnished, so self furnishing required (hence preference for long term lease) as the whole apartment came unfurnished so hope you guys understand!

Ideally looking for people who are equally as chill and easy to get along with as we want the house to feel like a home!

About the roomies

We are chill girls who are pet-friendly and LGBT-friendly. No owner staying, and cooking and quests are ALLOWED. Our only requirement is that the common areas (i.e. kitchen and living room) be kept clean and clutter free! Couples are welcome as well☺️
