Hello! We are looking for a tenant to occupy the common room in our unit, which will be available from 10 July 2023 for a minimum of 1 year lease 🙂

• 1 mins to bus stop with multiple direct busses to Outram Park, Orchard, Bugis, City Hall, Chinatown, Clarke Quay, and Great World area.
• Hawker centre directly under the HDB, and many other hawker centres within 1-2 minutes of walking.
• 2 mins walk to Giant Supermarket and Fairprice.
• Cafes and gyms within walking distance from HDB.

We are comprised of 1 female post-graduate student, and 2 male professionals. One of us have been living in this unit for almost 5 years.
