I have 2 common rooms for rent in a condo in Hillview, where my partner and I are the master tenants :) Not only is the condo a 2 min walk from Hillview MRT, you’ll be right by nature if that’s your jam – there’s an entrance to the Rail Corridor right outside one of the condo’s gates. The place is just across the road from both HillV2 and The Rail Mall, where you’ll be able to drop by two Cold Storages and many restaurants.

The 2 rooms will be sharing the common toilet. Here are some key details:

• Property Type: Common Room in Condo (Glendale Park)
• Availability: From 1 July
• Monthly rent: $1400/mo (no agent fee)
• Utilities and wifi are included in the rent, capped at $70/pax/month (i.e. if the total utilities for the house exceed $280, we’ll split the excess amongst all the housemates)
• Condo maintenance fee will be borne by my partner and I
• Security deposit: 2 months’ rent
• Single occupancy
• Length of Contract: ideally 2 years, but negotiable
• Washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle all for shared use
• Furnishing: comes with built-in wardrobe and single bed
• No landlord present
