The apartment is located just around the south east corner of the Botanic gardens. Beautiful location, lots of greenery, the room itself has a window overlooking trees for a nice, calming view.

You’re just next to the Napier station on TEL (Brown) line, one stop away from Tanglin mall, two stops from Orchard, and one stop away from the Blue Line.

The room is larger than any other rooms I’ve seen in such a location, and the common area has plenty of space.

It’s also very quiet, and so is the apartment - roomies are discreet.

I’m one of three and I won’t be there if you move in.

There are two other rooms and roomies, both lovely, quiet and hard working (read: they won’t be in your way if you work at home, for instance), one woman, one man. One of them cooks, the other not so much, so you’ll have plenty of space and time in the kitchen (which is pretty large anyway)

We have a lease signed until 21st of November, and you’d be taking that up in my stead until expiry. Not sure yet how that will be arranged.

The price displayed is furnished (my furniture except for the bed/chairs). If you’re interested, I can sell you the furniture and drop the price :)
