Large en-suite master bedroom in the literal heart of city center with unblocked view from Chinatown until MBS.

5 professionals from 3 different continents are looking for a housemate to take up one of our master bedrooms in a big 2 story penthouse gem in the middle of the city center. The condo is located few meters from Clarke Quay MRT, directly on the river between Clarke Quay and Boat Quay.

The master bedroom is fully furnished with en-suite bathroom and a bathtub.

The monthly rental is $3,200 and an additional $200 for all utilities and weekly cleaning (all in Splitwise app). The move-in date would be 1 July 2023, we would prefer someone long term, but we’re open for suggestions. We just renewed the lease, so no increase coming.

In our penthouse we share a spacious living room with super high ceiling, dining room, big fully equipped kitchen, laundry balcony, lounge room, and a big furnished balcony. The condo is an old one, but has all of the facilities such as gym, pool, BBQ and squash and tennis courts. Even better, you get the front row seats for events like the National Day or F1.

We’re all working adults (33-41) with flavorful backgrounds. Everyone is pretty easy going and still young at heart. We all travel a lot, but when we’re home, we enjoy hanging out with each other (we have an amazing chef, a 120“ projector screen in the living room, and a balcony that overlooks the city and has the most magnificent sunsets). This doesn’t mean we don’t get our “me-time”, we value each others privacy and it’s also easy to get lost in our huge penthouse.
