Hello! As our lovely flatmate is moving out to the new house, my dear friend Kristel and myself (2 young profesionals) are looking for third flatmate to complete our humble abode. This is a 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom condominium unit located in the quiet and tree-lined street of Pasir Panjang in Singapore. The condo has a big lap swimming pool with a spacious lounge area for getting that nice tan, and there are barbecue pits for parties. There are also tennis court, sauna and gym facilities.

But what we especially love about this house is how spacious it is: it has its own garden balcony for hosting al fresco meal, or drinking wine and aperitifs after (during?) work. In this house, we enjoy having our private and quiet times, but we also love having quality moments together.  When we have time and energy, we like hosting gathering amongst friends over pizzas, pastas, and your choosen karaoke songs (dont worry it’s not too rowdy, we are in our 30s after all!). There are no ridiculous rules. You can cook and you can have guests, just you would in your own home.

There are two rooms options to choose from: Master bedroom (SGD 2,300)

• Ensuite toilet and bath (with bath tub)
• Garden balcony access (fulfil your plant daddy/mommy dreams)

Common room (SGD 1,700)

• Spacious bedroom with its own small balcony for plants
• shared bathroom
